Market Research Outreach: How I’m sending customized (yet scalable) cold outreach emails

Yesterday I introduced the set of interview questions that I’m aiming to get answered in the exploratory phase of this research project I’m pursuing.

And so today I figured I’d talk through, more pragmatically, how I’m approaching that outreach process.

Now, part of sharing this is simply me documenting my process in public for both accountability and “hey you made a glaring error here” feedback purposes.

But I also think there are some insights in here that you might find useful for other market research, positioning, and conversation-starting purposes when you need to reach a group of cold contacts in an authentic, yet scalable way.
